No guarantee of outcome

Recruitment and assessment involve judgement and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that any search will result in a hire, that any candidate will be appointed, or that any placement will succeed. Any statistics or outcomes referenced are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Engagements are governed separately

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written engagement agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

Candidates are never charged

Our fees are paid by the engaging employer. We do not charge candidates to be assessed, represented or placed.

The sample brief

Any sample evidence brief shown on this website is illustrative. It describes a synthetic engagement and a synthetic candidate, and does not refer to any real person or organisation.

Confidentiality and privacy

We treat client searches and candidate information as confidential, and we handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, the Gorman Greene name and logo, and our assessment methodology — is owned by Gorman Greene or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links and services

This site may link to or load third-party services (for example, web fonts or images). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Liability
