Gorman Greene is a practitioner-led delivery recruitment firm. The people who assess your candidates have run programs themselves. That is the difference between a recruiter who can read a resume and one who can read a delivery leader.

Why we exist

Credible on both sides of the table.

Most recruitment is strong on sales and thin on subject judgement. Most practitioner assessment is strong on judgement and absent from the hiring market. Gorman Greene sits where the two meet: real delivery experience, applied to the hiring decision, with the commercial discipline to run a proper search.

We keep the firm deliberately small and the bar deliberately high. Our reputation is staked on every assessment we deliver, so we would rather decline an engagement than put forward a person we are not convinced of.

We assess a few roles deeply rather than many shallowly. Judgement does not scale by working faster.

Evidence over assertion

We hand you reasoned evidence with the gaps named, never a vanity score or an unsupported recommendation.

Honesty over hype

We deliver difficult assessments plainly, tell you what we could not verify, and never give false hope.

The employer pays

Candidates are never charged. It keeps our incentives honest with the people we assess.

Quality is sacred

We will turn down work before we will dilute the standard. The bar is the business.
